TAC provides end-to-end project management services for the leasing, branding, and marketing activities for large real estate projects. Entire project management for all the activities relating to the leasing, brand building, and marketing activities; TAC appoints a dedicated Project Manager to act as a single point of contact for the project owners and all the different agencies handling leasing and marketing activities; Ensure the marketing activities are carried out smoothly as per agreed road map and timelines in a cost-effective manner; This enables the Project Owners and Management Team to focus on core project development related activities The scope of work and fees related to the project management services can be discussed and agreed once the high-level aspects of the marketing and brand building are finalized.
